Website privacy.
This notice covers the Stekki marketing website at getstekki.com. It does not describe how a participating business processes its loyalty members’ data.
Browsing this website
This marketing website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or non-essential cookies. The card and stamp demonstrations run on your device and do not submit customer information or create a real loyalty account.
Website hosting services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and secure this website.
Joining the waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, whether you are interested for a business or as a customer, and the time and version of your consent. We use these details for Stekki launch updates. Signup information is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database when the waitlist is connected in production. You can ask us to remove your details or stop launch updates by emailing getstekki@gmail.com.
To limit spam, the signup service briefly stores a salted, non-readable hash derived from your IP address, together with an attempt count. It does not store your raw IP address in the waitlist database. Rate-limit records expire after twenty minutes.
The “Get started” quiz
If you complete the quiz at getstekki.com/start.html, we collect your email address, your name if you give it, your business name, type and town, an optional Google Maps place reference, your card colour and your answers about visits, goals, current loyalty tools and number of locations, together with the time and version of your consent. We use these details to follow up with you personally about setting up Stekki. They are stored in the same Cloudflare D1 database as the waitlist, and you can ask us to remove them by emailing getstekki@gmail.com.
If you search for your business on Google Maps, the text you type is sent through our server to Google to find matching businesses. Google handles these searches under the Google Privacy Policy. To keep this service within its limits, we briefly count searches using the same salted, non-readable hash described above.
Getting in touch
If you email getstekki@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message and anything you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your enquiry and discuss Stekki with you. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
External services
Email, Instagram and TikTok links open external services. Those services handle information under their own privacy policies. We do not embed their tracking widgets in this website.
