What is Stekki?

Stekki is a digital loyalty platform for local businesses in Cyprus. Businesses create custom stamp or points cards, set their own rewards, and let customers collect loyalty credit on their phones.

Is Stekki right for my kind of business?

Stekki is built for businesses with repeat customers: cafés, bakeries, car washes, barbers, hair and nail salons, retail shops, pet groomers and other service providers. Whether people visit daily or book their next appointment weeks later, you can build a card and reward around the way they return. Get in touch and we’ll explore what fits your business.

Do customers need to download an app?

No. Customers tap the NFC tag or scan a QR code to register. During early access, their card opens in the phone’s browser. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes are planned for launch, without requiring a separate Stekki app.

How do NFC, stamps and points work?

The counter NFC tag or QR code opens the registration page; it never awards loyalty credit by itself. After a purchase, staff scan the customer’s card. For stamps they confirm the visit. For points they enter the eligible purchase amount shown on the receipt.

How is a reward redeemed?

Staff scan the customer’s card and Stekki shows any available rewards. When the reward is handed over, staff confirm “Redeem” in Stekki and apply the free item or discount in the shop’s existing POS. Stekki prevents the same reward being redeemed twice.

Are Apple Wallet and Google Wallet available?

They are planned for launch. The working early-access card currently opens in a mobile browser, which lets us demonstrate the complete join, earn and redeem experience while we prepare Wallet support.
